As a Unit Secretary, you¿ll be the organizational backbone of your assigned unit, ensuring smooth operations through efficient clerical and reception duties. Your role is essential in supporting healthcare professionals, patients, and families by maintaining a well-organized and welcoming environment. Your contributions directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of patient care, making you a vital part of our healthcare team.

• Manage all clerical and reception duties for your assigned unit.

• Support healthcare professionals by maintaining accurate records and facilitating communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• One year of experience in a healthcare setting such as a medical office, hospital, or laboratory.

• Previous experience as a unit secretary.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. 
• Previous experience as a unit secretary preferred. 
• One year in healthcare setting such as medical office, hospital or laboratory.
