Cath Lab Nurse Manager - Temp-to-Perm

Facility: Morristown Medical Center, Atlantic Health

Location: Morristown, New Jersey

Pay: $105/hour | Estimated weekly gross: $4,200 at 40 paid hours

Schedule: Five 8-hour day shifts; flexible start between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.

Assignment: Three-month temporary contract with an opportunity to convert to permanent employment.

Required Licenses and Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN license and BLS certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• Five years of Cath Lab or electrophysiology experience and at least five years of management experience.
• Experience managing a high-volume program with at least four to five labs and critical care/high-risk patients.
• Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures, equipment and protocols.
• Multidisciplinary leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Complex medical center or teaching institution experience; Cath Lab and structural heart program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Cath Lab and EP Lab operations, staffing, workflow and patient throughput.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop clinical team members.
• Partner with physicians and hospital leaders on patient care, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, equipment and staffing resources.
• Lead quality improvement, patient satisfaction and staff engagement initiatives.
• Support structural heart, cardiogenic shock and procedural innovation programs as Cath and EP capacity expands.

Weekly earnings are estimates before taxes and depend on hours worked. The schedule is provisional; final hours, start date and permanent-conversion terms will be confirmed during hiring.
