Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Support Representative – Live Chat to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and communicating through online chat.

No extensive experience is required. Training will be provided to help you learn our systems, products, services, and customer-support procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, accounts, and company policies.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot common customer issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Handle multiple chat conversations while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Document customer interactions and update customer records.
• Follow up on unresolved customer requests.
• Work with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a positive and professional tone throughout every customer interaction.
• Protect customer information and follow company privacy procedures.
• Meet established response-time and customer-service quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written communication and typing skills.
• Excellent customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, email, chat platforms, and online systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize customer requests.
• Professional, patient, and friendly communication style.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous customer service or chat-support experience is a plus but not required .
