Salary: $70,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:

• We document assigned portions of business requirements as part of the requirements elicitation process, following provided guidance.
• We facilitate application design discussions and capture design decisions to support the technical team in building software solutions.
• We contribute code, add new functionality or enhancements to existing applications, and help preserve system stability.
• We review code, make updates to the codebase, and maintain source repositories.
• We define and execute test approaches, evaluate outcomes, and work with others to resolve defects and maintain quality standards.
• We create user training materials, supporting documentation, and assistance frameworks to ensure a smooth adoption of new software.
• We help resolve production incidents and suggest preventive measures to improve reliability.
• We maintain thorough records of code changes, testing methods, and support work to strengthen the knowledge base and support similar initiatives.
